As an Indonesian-American soprano, Amanda is passionate about furthering the exposure of Indonesian art song, known as lagu seriosa, in the Western world. This passion has led Amanda to extensive research about lagu seriosa in her academic career, as well as performing lagu seriosa in recitals in the United States, Indonesia, and online.
